Workshop: Getting Unstuck at Work

You take work seriously, and you've achieved some success, as a manager, director, or vice president.

You have people who rely on you, responsibilities to juggle, goals to hit.


You may also feel frustrated, dissatisfied or adrift, and unsure what to do about it.

Today, most professionals are expected to address work challenges on their own,

with no coach for direction and inspiration. Too often there's an issue with the boss,

and no trustworthy colleague or mentor to hash out workplace problems. 


GETTING UNSTUCK AT WORK will change this.


We’re inviting a diverse group of professionals from varying backgrounds and industries,

to learn more about, and apply for, this 12-week workshop.


This 2-hour, six session after-work seminar will invite six to ten members

to move through a coaching process that will:


Participants will complete modest pre-workshop assignments (1-2 hours every two weeks), 

and participate in confidential dialogue with fellow professionals.

This new cohort is intended to provide support and feedback after the workshop is concluded.

The six workshop sessions will move through a series of exercises,

and introduce ideas to transform your work experience:

Members can expect to listen carefully and share honestly with one another.

Our experience proves a commitment to vulnerability and open-mindedness

will make the work of the seminar transformative. We expect to cover a fair amount of material,

but our preferred pace is deliberate and thoughtful.

GETTING UNSTUCK AT WORK is led by Harry Prichett and Rob Battles.  


Harry Prichett is an experienced, certified professional coach whose clients have achieved dramatic results

across a wide range of industries and endeavors.


Rob Battles has three decades of success as an entrepreneur and senior manager

at AMC Networks, ABC, The Oprah Winfrey Show, and his own agency.


Together, Battles and Prichett have created award-winning campaigns

and collaborated on a series of best-selling humor books.

GETTING UNSTUCK AT WORK meets in a convenient midtown Manhattan location,

Tuesdays 6:15-8:15pm, on July 9, 23, August 6, 20, & September 3, 17, 2019.

Workshop fee is $1500 - $750 due upon acceptance, $750 due June 15, 2019.

Members are entitled to four 15-minute coaching/consulting phone check-in sessions, to be scheduled.

GETTING UNSTUCK AT WORK is confidential. Discussions of issues, companies, and personalities

are strictly private within the group, during and after the workshop.
